নিম্নলিখিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবেঃ

ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ভাঙ্গা পণ্য, ভুল রঙ, আকার, মাত্রা, ওজন অথবা পণ্যটি যদি বিজ্ঞাপনের বিবরণের/ছবির সাথে না মিলে।

উল্লেখিত সমস্যাগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে,

পণ্যটি ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধির কাছে তাৎক্ষণিক রিটার্ন করতে হবে। অন্যথায় পণ্যটি পরবর্তীতে রিটার্ন অথবা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য বিবেচিত হবে না।

পণ্যটি বাক্স সহ সম্পূর্ণ অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পলিসিঃ

রিপ্লেসমেন্টের আবেদন করা যাবে যদি

পণ্যটি সঠিকভাবে কাজ না করে

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট আবেদন অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ করার সর্বোচ্চ ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনাকে support@bikroy এ ইমেইল করে জানাতে হবে অথবা ০৯৬০৯৫৫৫৪৪৪ নম্বরে কমপ্লেইন রেজিস্টার করতে হবে

পণ্যটি বাক্স সহ সম্পূর্ণ অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে

Bikroy ক্রেতার অভিযোগের বৈধতা তদন্ত করে, শুধু মাত্র বৈধ অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রেই পণ্য রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করবে

পণ্যেটি শুধুমাত্র রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করা হবে, এর পরিশোধিত মূল্য কোন প্রেক্ষিতেই রিফান্ড করা হবে না

যে পণ্যের ওয়্যারেন্টি সুবিধা নেই, সে সব ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারির ৭২ ঘন্টার পর অভিযোগ গ্রহন করা হবে না

ওয়্যারেন্টিযুক্ত পণ্যগুলির ক্ষেত্রে, অভিযোগ গুলি নির্দিষ্ট ওয়ারেন্টি নীতির অধীনে পড়বে এবং বিক্রয়.কম, সরবরাহকারীর দ্বারা ওয়্যারেন্টি নিশ্চিত করবে।

Return Policy:

Products may be returned under the following circumstances:

If the specification of the product does not match the description given in the ad (specifications include color, size, weight & dimensions) or if the product is found to be physically damaged at the time of delivery.

For the above-mentioned issues,

the buyer must return the product immediately to the delivery man. The product will not be eligible for return once the delivery man has left.

The product must be intact along with the box it was in.

Replacement policy:

The replacement may be requested under the following circumstances:

If the product is not in a working condition.

The replacement claim must be made within 72 hours of delivery by emailing to support@bikroy or complaining at #09609555444

Bikroy will investigate the validity of the claim and exchange the product with a functional product in case of valid claims only.

Please note that refunds will not be made.

For products without a warranty, claims will not be considered after the specified period of 72 hours after delivery.

For products with warranty, claims will fall under the specific warranty policy and Bikroy will ensure the warranty is provided by the seller.
